But I Smile Anyway…

It is always a blessing to be considered for any awards, and you know me, I try to acknowledge any nominations by way of a reblog. This time I have been honoured with the Liebster Award by Rob of Art by Rob Goldstein .
Not quite the beginner Liebster blogger that I once was, I still appreciate every nomination!
I thought I would, at least, answer the questions that Rob has set as I am on Easter Holidays, and my time constraints are a little easier!
The Ten Questions…
1. What do you like most about your blog?
Honestly, since starting this blog, more than ever, I love the interactions I have daily with my Blogily!
2. What was your favourite toy as a child?
I loved my first ever Cabbage Patch Kid! In fact, as we are home this weekend, it’s great to see Lil Princess playing with her, as my mum kept many of our toys!
3. If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
Tolerance. I think many of us have lost the ability to be tolerant of each other, of differences. We need to be able to accept differences, and celebrate them together, no alienate each other.
4. Which historical person inspires you the most?
There is not one person who gives me regular inspiration… the likes of Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela… Those who attempted to bring peace to the world.
5. Who is your favourite author?
No no, you can’t ask me this question! I love far too many authors! From kids books to those that are meant for our age… too many to mention!
6. Who is the most positive person in your life?
Both my parents are the biggest positive influence in my life!
7. Have you ever met a pathological narcissist?
I think somewhere in our lives we have all met a few… but many of us didn’t know they could have a label as such!
8. Is it ever right to lie?
As long as it is a lie that will not hurt, a white lie, that can be controlled… like the Tooth Fairy and Santa. But you have to be careful in general situations… sometimes little white lies need bigger ones to keep an untruth covered up…
9. You are out with a co-worker for lunch and she begins to abuse the waitress. How would you react?
I would stop my co-worker, and apologise if necessary. And possibly not go out to lunch with them again!
10. If you could change one aspect of US politics, what would it be?
I can’t do this! Me and politics in any country don’t mix!!!
