Paint splattered all over me.
Eau de Turps seeps from my hair.
Arms feel like I’ve held them up all day.
Hungry as anything!
Yup, the redecorating is going a treat!
Both rooms ceilings painted, skirting boards done and the undercoat applied!
Tomorrow just need to put the colour on and the main redecorating is done!
Phew!!!!

Geoffles…I’m a really nice person…today my decorating virginity was officially lost… and when this is finished…. I never want to do it again! I’d rather pay someone lol!!!!

Painting is a bit of work, but for immediate and significant change in a room, it’s the best way to do it, and fairly inexpensive to do. Everything just feels cleaner after doing that.

The difference between decorating inside a house compared to a boat is in a house you can shut the door on it! Do anything in a boat, and it usually requires moving something somewhere else and then back again before you can sit down.
