Ritu’s Healthy Eating -Week 16 #icandothis

Another week, another lot of naughty eating mixed in with plenty of good stuff!

This week I made two lots of soup, roasted pepper and tomato, and roasted veg soup. I ate a few portions over the week at lunch and froze plenty too!

Being as it was our anniversary weekend too, I had a takeaway… and over the week I have been a little sneaky… a few extra Maltesers here and there too!

But something must be going ok because…

I lost another 1lb!

16lb off with Slimming World, and a total of 21lb! That’s a stone and a half!

Phew!

I’m so pleased with myself, I am off to eat Maltesers!!!

    Each week your icandothis journey inspires me as I am on a weight loss journey myself. In fact your post got me into Slimming World and I signed up. I didn’t understand how it works so I used it mostly to keep myself on track and weigh myself weekly. But I am on another weight loss journey apart from SW. And you are my inspiration.
    I need to lose at least 25 kgs more before I can be in the normal range of weight for my height. I am glad that you are within sight of your ideal.

      Oh Susie, I’m so happy that my constant wittering on about my journey is helping someone else too! It’s been a great tool for me too. I feel like I want to be determined to post positive news each week, but also live as well.
