Well now, Christmas week has been and gone…
Did you have a good one??
It’s been a busy week, what with Christmas, then visiting other family. Healthy eating more or less went out of the window! And there was also a little Prosecco consumption on Christmas day too… oops!

Other food over the week…
Yes, there were a few pastries, and chocolates consumed! But I managed a few clean meals in between!
And the results of the weigh in today?
Maintained the same weight again!
I am one happy bunny!
Now off to finish a few more posts, and possibly nibble chocolate… because it has to be done!

Did I tell you that I love the new layout? It’s brighter and cleaner. I do love it. Thank you for sharing your journey. Sometimes all we can do is maintain. The key is progress not perfection and you are showing us that. Thanks for inspiring.

When your body is used to a different way of eating for a while it sticks with that information for some time. You can eat the healthy stuff after these days again. Everything is getting back to normal pretty quickly then anyway☺
