And here is my effort! A limerick trio!
There was a young knight called Ted
Who appeared to have lost his head
Though incomplete
He was always upbeat
Because he was very well bred!He waited for love to come
But alas for Ted there was none
When it came to a kiss
No head meant a miss
And away the ladies would run!He tried to keep out of sight
Didn’t want to give people a fright
So he stood in a corner
Like Little Jack Horner
Even though it was rather tight!Ritu 2017
