A few weeks ago the lovely Annette contacted me, asking if I would like to take part in her Radio Podcast Tell Me A Story on the radio station The Magic Happens.
I was tentative, nervous even, but a tad excited too… and you know me, I can be like a young excitable puppy sometimes!
The other night we sat ourselves comfortably down for a chat that should have lasted half an hour, but went on into the ‘over an hour’ range! And the interview was born! First I thought I will save this for the weekend in order to listen to it peacefully… but you know me… lol…. Just finished 😄 It was great to hear you again, sis! Just a little comfort for not meeting you at the Blogger Bash.
Isn’t it funny? First, you are nervous and only after some minutes you just talk like having a coffee chat with an old friend… at least I felt like it all the time… lol! You did great, very relaxed and Annette is a fantastic host!! Again, congrats, my sister! 💖

I noticed how she kept the introduction long enough to give you time for calming and settling and then her uncomplicated and excited way makes it easy to just follow her. I remember my hosts always did that too to give me a comfortable feeling. The third time I was already impatiently waiting for the moment she finally stopped talking 😄

Ritu, I truly enjoyed listening to your podcast. Listening to your story regarding your love of writing, and the journey you have traveled, is inspirational!
I have, also, had a desire to write for most of my life, and have pursued it for the past few years.
