I truly believe that age is only a number. Act how you feel, and enjoy your days, not thinking about getting older, but just remember all the memories you are accumulating!

I plan to take this advice to heart. Some days I feel 99, but others I DON’T feel 72 but much younger! I guess it’s in how you live that day–at that time–in the moment.

Happy Birthday late. I will be turning 34 in about 9 days, and age is definitely a number. And it’s really what you make of it. I think (based on the few posts of yours I’ve read) you are making the very most of everyday.

I believe every negative thought has a positive counterbalance and the idea that aging increases memories is the perfect remedy for any negative thoughts about the march of Anno Domini.
