That sounds like the beginning of a dystopian novel, Ritu! Sometimes I wonder if blogging communities satisfy that urge for us to connect and converse that other social media platforms don’t provide.

Up early to finish contest #2 needing to cut a 100 words I don’t want to! And then on to contest #3 a new take on poetry I just can’t resist. Thanks Rita, I first came across Fiction Rodeo through your blog, and yes they help me too – grandkids staying this weekend, the little darlings!!

You are most welcome! To be honest your Fiction Rodeo came at the best time for me! I have a tough class at school, and focusing on short challenges, out of my regular ones has kept me a bit sane!!!

That’s great timing! The brain gets to go into problem-solving mode, feel creative and play with words. Good luck with that class! Any tough assignments, use the 99-word constraint to craft a response.

They can’t even talk let alone write Charli! The problem with millennial babes…. they can swipe a screen and send selfies by preschool but can’t have a conversation!!!
