There is something at the forefront of my mind today, that involves the number four, well, actually, a one and a four.
Today is the day my Lil Man turns fourteen!
How did that happen?
From a teeny twinkle in my eye, through a painful journey to conceive and all the wonder, joy and frustration that accompanies bringing up a child, to the young man he is growning up to be now…
Fourteen, though? Really?
And the day he arrived was even more special, as he made his appearance on his granny’s birthday!
So that means it’s my mummy’s birthday too.
See.
A special day for us all.
So excuse me if I don’t reply too fast… I’ll be busy celebrating the birthdays of two very special people. One is with me, one isn’t, but they’ll both be in my thoughts all day.

Just a little tip, when linking to people, don’t use just their website address. Either use their about me page address or a blog post address, then they will all get a ping back from you. The generic website won’t get a notification, but specific pages or posts do. 🙂
