Resolutions shmesolutions!

I like this thought!!;

So I thought this new year I won’t make vows to do things, or not, as they never actually happen, but subconsciously there’s always something in the back of my mind…

Yes I will hug lots, but that’s not a resolution, that’s just me, smiley, huggy person!

But, you know, that one thought that’s usually in the back of everyone’s mind… New year, new me, I’ll be healthier, do some exercise…

Minions and me... We think so alike!

Well I started the morning perfectly!

Not!

Instead of a bucket load of water and a healthy smoothie… A cuppa sugary tea and not 1 but 2 croissants!!

Oh yes, off to a great start!
😁

    I am dreading going to the gym today with all those people who made the resolution to exercise but, I know they will all be gone in about two weeks time and I will have my gym back!
    I did make one resolution….not to eat twizzlers….I am addicted to them…..they basically taste like strawberry flavored plastic so I have no idea why I eat them in copious amounts lol!

    Great post, Ritu!! LOVE the pictures!!!

        I seem to spend so long to-ing and fro-ing with the kids and their extra curricular activities that theres no time for mine…unless I fancy getting up earlier… And this time of year I’m sure I suffer from SAD!!!(Seasonal Affective Disorder)… It’s too cold and dark at the moment lol!!!!

        It is tough when the kids are young and winter is awful!

        I know, feels like they have been coughing and spluttering the last 3 weeks, and back to school Tuesday, not rested and healthy, but pretty much like they were at the end of term… I really don’t like the cold!

        It’s funny, when my kids were young they would get a tiny cold…sick for a day or two…neither of them ever on antibiotics (and they are now 15 and 18) but, I used to get sick and be sick for 3 weeks!!!

        Lil Princess suffers lots, Lil Man not so much, but you’re right, I get it adult version!! And being in school, you end up picking every last bug up!!!
