It was so lovely, trying on clothes today , and showing my cuddly cute mum… Who said “They look lovely Ritu, now, if you just try and cut a couple of lbs…!”
I know she’s speaking from experience and I know she’s right too, but you know what, right now, I’m happy!
I know I have a slightly rounder tummy than this time last year, and I know I’m eating more rubbish, and I know I’m not exercising… But I’ll be honest, I haven’t had the time, and now, in my summer holidays, I really want to relax, not worry about weight loss!
Its true, I’m getting older, and it will be harder to shift those rogue lbs, but I will… I’ll try my hardest!
I did that.. A true achievement, last year. But it wasn’t a realistic weight for me to stick to…
OK, so I’ll curb the cravings for choccies and biscuits, crisps and ice cream… Maybe I might get exercising again too… But I’ll still be me, even if I don’t lose em again…
And I’m Happy!

First and foremost you need to be fine with yourself. There are peeps in mega shape but unhappy with themselves. So what’s the use? We love you anyway no matter how you look like, but we never want to lose our shining English Luna smile 😉 Btw. amazing achievement, Ritu!!! Big compliment!
