So, after publishing about my frustration, I got a message to say I had been added..
It wasn’t their fault, but mine, and I am big enough to hold my hand up when I am wrong!
I had managed to make a typo when entering my email address!
Duh!!!!!!

I recently made a typo when sending an email to a new friend and it was almost two weeks before we figured out why he had not received it! Those things happen. I’m glad you got it straightened out.
