…but there are such important reasons I have not been as active on here as I would like to be!
I managed to schedule some posts over the last couple of weeks, so that I am not totally absent from this wonderful place, but still, there seems to be even less hours in the day at the moment!
We are back to school, and its amazing how the exhaustion hits you! I have been asleep before 10pm on a couple of nights too, which is eating away at my reading from my reader time, but it’s still not enough sleep for me either!
On Tuesday I start my Return To Teach course, remember my new stationery! It will be getting its first outing to London! Nervous, but excited, nonetheless. And with this course I will also have a week-long placement. So I know I will have some busy moments coming up….
My in-laws are back from their 2 month trip to the Motherland too! Shopping galore, from my Mother In Law (MIL), so Lil Princess is over the moon! 7, yes SEVEN new pairs of shiny, glittery shoes, and the same number of cute Punjabi outfits for her too! She even got some little bits of costume jewellery! Lil Man was not left out either, with some new Bhangra outfits to wear when he performs, playing his Dhol. (Oh, and some shoes for him too!). I didn’t get forgotten, with 3 pretty outfits, and a couple of pairs of sandals too. It’s only Hubby Dearest who comes out of this almost empty handed.., but then there isn’t much call for outfits from him, he doesn’t wear the traditional stuff! Oh no, I forgot.. he did get some handkerchiefs! But their being back home, also means I have to factor in visits to them every day too!
And there is one other big thing I have been working on, but I still can’t post about it yet! If it is a positive outcome, expect an elation filled post within a couple of weeks… if not, it will be an ‘optimistic for the future but little bit sad’ one!
So apologies if I haven’t been as active in reading, liking or commenting on post that you have been writing, I do try, but it seems to have been kinda impossible recently!
