You gotta love nappies!
Baby showers have become a big thing in the UK now… Not so much a few years ago.
I’ve been to 2 now, so far. One was quite civilized, a gathering at home, exchanging of gifts, little games etc.
The last one was in a small hired venue, the games were bigger, the wine flowed (not in mummy-to-be’s tummy though, I hasten to add!), it was a bit more raucous!
The picture above is me playing one of the inventive games, ‘What’s in your nappy?’
Oh some were so realistic, some, just silly, but none smelled like a real nappy, thank God!!!
It was a giggle, decorating romper suits, quizzes – tasting baby food, not so much!
But it sometimes makes me want another, for all the fun, until I remember the rigmarole that comes with motherhood…
Nope, I’ll stick to my two loons and happily babysit instead!!
But I Smile Anyway...

There were a few options to choose from, choc spread, apple sauce, jar baby food… I think there was a nappy to suit most pallates! 😂

Without meaning to sound gross, the nappies during breastfeeding were quite ‘sweet’… But the formula and good ones..EURGH!!!!!!!!!
