Your photo brought back memories of a bygone era. So beautifully kept and the area is large. Reminded of a trip I took way back in 2008 to the same castle along with a trip to the white cliffs of Dover and Canterbury.

It was great Tom, it’s a lovely location. One year, the first time I went, it was snowing… That was magnificent! The black swans against the white snow… Breathtaking! 😊

But the beauty of it, Leeds Castle, yes, in Leeds? Nope! Its in Kent, about a half an hour away from our school!!!

LOL, hey i’m talking 30 years ago and I wasn’t driving. The castle is what we were deciding on. So we ended up visiting Bath and seeing the roman ruins and Bath Cathedral…in Bath. 😉
