Well, I tried to log into my Yahoo today, despite absolutely NO contact from them, and it worked!
No prompt to change my password, or anything. There were messages there from around Tuesday, but nothing from Yahoo, or on my alternative account.
I’m glad I got access, I went through my inbox, and worked out the places my email address is registered, and the important ones are now redirected to a more secure email provider! And my secondary email is just as secure too, so hopefully no more rubbish like this week!
I have realised how many places I have logins, and passwords, Oh My God, the mind boggles!
From emails to banking, social media, to shopping sites, resource sites, and so many more!
How reliant are we on email?

I’m having to check two list of email now, but I’m glad I moved my primary email address… ….there are still a few dodgy emails flinging themselves at the yahoo one!

Yup, I’ve already done, it. The first thing I did before anything else. And I changed my contact email too. Someone said I could have got hacked because someone knew my back up email address….

That is one of the pitfalls of several accounts, Yahoo and I did not see eye to eye a few years back so I broke off the engagement.

Whenever I have a problem with Yahoo I always tweet it. They respond within 15 minutes and usually follow up with a phone call. Last time, the guy was a dream and fixed everything. I hope things work out for you
