The other day, I was minding my own business… When I got clobbered with another award… A new one for me, from my dear blog sis Erika! Wow! As always, I am humbled!
Then, the next day, the same award! From another source! This time from the lovely Mon of Transcend !
And, and , and today!!!! River she did the honour if recognizing me too!!!
It’s always cool to get a nomination for an award, and when a new one pops in my notifications, I get an extra little thrill! The Blogger Recognition Award.. wow! Its so sweet of you to give me a little recognition for my craziness over here in the Blogosphere!

My Blog Story So Far…
Well, those of you that read my posts will know that this was a total accidental thing to be honest! I have always had a true love of writing, stories and books, and reading, both for my own pleasure, and reading out aloud to children. It happened one day, that a good friend of mine started her own blog to deal with some emotional issues she was trying to overcome. I mosied on over to check her post out, which was great, and when I went to comment, I needed to sign up… and then that lit a spark that just erupted into a huge fire of words that have, over the past 8ish months, been blazing!
It’s been an amazing journey… I have met the most wonderful people here, like-minded folk, and I am interacting on a daily basis with so many folks I would never have even met in the real world! I have got this amazing Blogily that is growing every day, and I think they (you) keep me sane, many days!
I write from the heart… whatever I feel on the day will come out, and it can be in many forms, from thoughts and opinions, memories, to creative post;, fiction, poetry and art… my family, and don’t forget Sonu Singh, my kitty!
Some advice…
I honestly don’t think that I am someone qualified to give advice on blogging, but what I will say is if you want a successful blog, you need to interact with your readers. It may not be possible to follow every follower, or read every post, but if someone out there has read your work, and taken the time to comment, please, reply back! And when you are reading others work, make sure that you don’t just like… comment, where you can. I am not able to comment on every post I read… I read an awful lot, but if something strikes a chord, I will most definitely say what I feel, and hope that that encourages the author of that post. Be creative, be honest, be truthful, and remember that for every hater out there, in this WordPress Blogily, there are a hundredfold lovers…We got each others back, and its a great place to be!
For those of you just starting out, the new borns of the Blogily, enjoy your time on here! For those more established members of our Blogily, thank you for the help, inspiration and support, from the bottom of my heart! I wouldn’t still be here if it wasn’t for you amazing folk, chivvying me along! And hopefully, due to the encouragement I received after my 777 Challenge post, I may tentatively post some of my Work In Progress, and if you wonderful Peeps think it’s a goer, maybe I might even finish it!!!
