I feel like I’ve lost my marbles.

I’m making list after list to remember everything I need to do, lest I forget something.

Last night I collapsed in bed, exhausted, and there was no lust for anything… just sleep! Hence the later than usual post time!

Another nod to my week… this one has all been about running around like a headless chicken, not really knowing whether I am coming or going!

I have had the kids in for half days, been in both classes and also gone from teaching 4-5 year-olds, to having to take Year 6 for an afternoon. They are 10-11 years old. A very different way of teaching and interacting!

Every afternoon where I haven’t been in another room, I have been manically filling in paperwork, uploading data, adding data, double checking data, helping my team teachers to plan for the next week, creating resources for the parents, plus I had a morning of speaking to the parents at a Reception Information meeting.

On top of this, I attended a 3-hour Governance conference, and had a staff meeting, too…

And that is just work!

No wonder my battery has run flat!
