Oh, I had fun today! Lovely Ron gave our challenge prompt here.

The prompt words Shower and Play… What great words! Of course, there were so many ways we could go!

So I think I went all ways possible!

Haiku in 3/5/3 and 5/7/5 format, a tanka, and a Freku, just for Ron!

Why shower?

Playing in the bath

Is more fun!

Feeling so sweaty

After a taxing workout

Need a shower methinks!

Watching children play

Laughing, gigging and happy

Is the greatest sight

Shower them with your love, not

Material Posessions

Drops fall

Getting heavier

Heads turne upwards

Welcoming the rain

Washing away

The emptiness

Eyes lock

Raindrops caress

The face

Fingers trace

Their path

Chilled drps

Touching

Heated flesh

Body,

Outwardly cleansed

Thoughts,

Filthy…

Eyes meet, bodies touch

While cavorting in the rain

Temperatures rise
