I went for a haircut the other week… my longer curls have made way for much less hair!
Here is the blowdried, ‘like you just stepped out of a salon’ look… because I had just stepped out of one!
And another shot!
Hubby hates it when I get my hair cut… he loves long hair. I do too, but I find after a couple of years, I just need a change, so I get a large amount chopped off. He also is not a fan of the straight haired Ritu either! But I have to get the whole salon effect.. after all I can’t be bothered to spend time doing it myself, straightening my hair every day.. no no! I have far too much other stuff going on!
And here is the washed and dried normal way, Curly Ritu is back!
I have to admit, much as I like my straight look, I much prefer the curls… what about you?

well look Ritu I’m a bloke d’un certain age and this has to be as risky as anything I’ve done since blogging – namely commenting on a young woman’s hair – but based on your blog persona it has to be curls, doesn’t it? Why thank you so much! That means a lot! I have always loved words, my mother always encouraged that particular vice of mine, and I love to write! And with regards to my culture and background, that is just as important to me too. I may be living in the West, but I haven’t forgotten my Eastern roots! I am a true Eas/West mix!
