It’s another photo challenge from Hugh, and this time there is an added motivation to take part – Hugh is donating to The Dogs Trust for every entry! Check the challenge out here!

You’re welcome! Yes–I figured little Sonu Singh may have had something to do with the star. 😉

Thank you Colleen! I had been meaning to link to your post, but just didn’t get round to it yet, so with Hugh mentioning it as well, it seemed the perfect opportunity! 🙂

I was singing Twinkle Twinkle along with those lines. It is sometimes amazing to be kids 😊

Such a cute poem, Ritu. Reminded me of a Christmas past when we had to tie our tree to the wall so our cat wouldn’t knock it over trying to reach the top branch. Ha ha!

Yes, cats love to play with anything that looks like a ball. One of mine thought a baby tomato was a wonderful toy. He picked the orange one in a bowl when I wasn’t looking and left the unripened green ones alone. Ha ha!

Thanks so much Ritu, and thank you for re-blogging the post and spreading the Christmas spirit on Planet Blog.
Your star looks mighty fine up there, but I do hope it stays there and does not get knocked off by Sonu Singh.
What a wonderful poem to go with your entry as well. You always amaze me with your poems. It takes me days just to write two lines of one. 🎅
Thank you for all your support.
