Ritu’s Healthy Eating – Week 20 #icandothis

The weigh in before Christmas… Ooooh always one to dread! You kinda know Post Christmas is more or less a write-off, but the ones before are just as bad, with all the treats, and rich meals you tend to consume!

I had the second of my Christmas dinners too, this week, at my staff Christmas party along with a meal out with the family!

My Christmas dinner take 2!

A cheekyΒ Pizza Hut!

And my usual food!

And the results this week…

I stayed the same! Phew!

But this has to be the win for me. I finally had the guts to dress up properly for my staff party, and the amount of people who noticed my weight loss and commented/complimented me was unreal! A real ego boost!!!

Here is a little progress picture.

Merry Christmas Peeps! Eat, Drink and be Merry!!! πŸŽ„πŸŽ…β€
