Feels like Ron’s prompt words couldn’t have come at a more apt time with all the tragedies here…
It inspired a Freku. Ron created this form which is basically a free verse poem with a three line haiku to tie it all together.
Inside us all
Is good and bad
Things make us laugh
They make us madHow we react
Colours the world
Our actions spread
Like smoke, unfurledIf only we were
To think a while
Who will we please?
Who will we rile?For every Yang
There is a Yin
We just need
To look within* * *
Looking deep inside
We can find a way to change
Lighten the Darkness
