No, really, thank you!

This is really a message to all those bloggers who have recently followed me, and of course to those of you who have been with me since the beginning…

I have steadily been growing my follower numbers, and feel that I haven’t been able to do what I used to do, which was to individually thank you…. but what with work, family, and home life, I get such little time on WordPress, to do all that.

I follow you back, and I eagerly read posts in my reader, when I can sit down and do so.

My blogging etiquette requires that I acknowledge everyone who interacts with comments, and I like to comment on posts I feel something for too. So it seems that my responses to comments have eaten into my time usually reserved for perusing new blogs thoroughly, as there are more of them to answer nowadays!

But I still wanted to say THANK YOU to you for following my blog, and I hope I can write to your liking, so you never regret that ‘follow’!!!

Clumsy Part 2… Ouch!

Following on from my earlier post, here, I must report back that. This chair, yes THIS chair, was the reason behind my latest bruise!!!

The Culprit!

I was, unfortunately, having to take one of our little lovelies down a peg, as he was playing up for the supply teacher we had in, and as I was talking to him, whole class also watching me, I went to sit down, as I was marking, and landed on the top of the back of the chair, instead of the seat…

Now males of the Blogulation, we all know how much it hurts to get hit in the ‘you know wheres’, well. Can I say, as a female, I think I found a woman’s equivalent ‘you know where’!!!!!!

Bruised somewhere I have most definitely never been before, and unless you are a ‘Fifty Shad-er’ or more hardcore, I would not expect to ever BE bruised there!!!

Sitting down is rather painful today….

Five facts about me that I (may or )may not have disclosed already… (damage limitation!)

I seriously can’t wrap presents! I wish I could pay for someone to make them look attractive, but they end up covered in half a roll of sticky tape! That, or I cut the paper short and have to do patch up jobs!!!
I once won a raffle, and the prize was £500 of travel vouchers… my mum asked for the cash instead, and being such a lovely sister, I gave half to my brother. the first £25 I spent on a mini jogging trampoline… I was a young teenager at the time, and you know what, I still have it here with me, nearly 3 decades later!!!
When I had m hair cut in a bob, with the curls, I was told I looked like Jennifer Grey, of Dirty Dancing fame…

I was a chronic nail biter when I was young, and I am gutted now! My nails used to be lovely, then I totally ruined them!!Please people! Refrain from ruination of the nail!!!!!!!
