World Book Drag

“But I don’t wanna!”

Little feed stomp, but I’ll be damned if my hard work won’t be worn today.

World Book Day.

The bane of every parent’s life.

I’ve been planning this costume since last year, after seeing the spectacular costume Jenny Harris-Smythe’s mother made for her daughter last year.

She was dining off her win for months!

So, I’m sorry, but today you WILL be wearing this, because I say so.

I don’t care if you think you look silly, and no, you can’t be Captain America! Ready-made costumes. Pah!

The prize will be mine!

Sorry, yes, yours…

Children In Need #bbcchildreninneed

Yesterday was the day of Pudsey Children In Need on the BBC, where the country is urged to help raise funds to help children around the country who may have illnesses or difficulties that they would require a lot of support, physically and financially.

It is a great charity,a nd many have benefitted over the years…

We alway take part at school, encouraging the children to dress up and raise money. The teachers are no different, and when it comes to dressing up and taking part, well, you know me!

Not sure how much we raised so far, but it was great to see my class all dressed up! I had several Pudsey’s like me, and pleny of spots!

Incy Wincy Spider!

World book Day, as I said tomorrow, and I’ve made my Wonka Bar tabbard!
Lil Man is going as Vlad The Drac! Costume no problem, we have a black cape n white shirt with black trousers. He doesn’t want face paint so we’ll just spike the hair!
Lil Princess wanted to go as Incy Wincy Spider so I’ve been creative again with old tights and socks…
Tadaaaah!
