We went for a mini day out, the sprogs and I, and had a lovely day!
Wandering through the carpark, we saw this rather sleek BMW Z3and my son pipes up…
LM: Wow! Mum! That’s a cool car! And look! You can even strap a baby seat on the back!!!
Er, really son??!! Me thinks he has a way to go before responsible parenthood!!!

So, it’s Sunday afternoon, relax, enjoy the garden….
Nope, not me!
Hubby is gardening in earnest and due to hay fever, I try n stay away! But I did weed the driveway with Lil Princess!
Needed a bit of bribing though!
You see, she has become a little too interested in these YouTube make up tutorials, and recently has been asking whether she could do my makeup…
I am a bit of a lazy make up person, don’t use it regularly, but I have plenty. And she always eyes it up with the biggest eyes!!
So I was like, “Er, OK, but onkybufvyou help me with the weeding first!”
And damn, she said yes!
So…

It just scared me (more!) when Lil Man piped up that he wanted to do my makeup too!!! Er… Maybe another day son… ! 😮

A few weeks ago I was so proud posting about Lil Man and his compassion…
Lil Princess wanted mummy to be proud of her that day too, pledging all her spare change to the next charity pot…
Fast forward to tonight, watching Comic Relief in TV tonight.
LP: Mummy, can I have a tissue please…
Me: Why?
LP: These stories just get me so teary! Can I go to Kenya now to help? I don’t need new stuff, I’ll take things for them!

So, having a lovely conversation with the Lil Princess and she started being a cheeky so and so to me.
Me: “Excuse me, I’m not a child.”
LP: “Yes you are.”
Me: ” [LP] I am not a child!”
LP: “You are.”
Me: (Getting a bit exasperated…) No, I am not!”
LP:” Yes you are, you are God’s child.”
