Day 31- #musicalmarchšŸŽµ

Day 31 of  #musicalmarchšŸŽµ!

Can you believe another month has passed?  I could fill a year with songs that mean something to me, but alas I just had a month!

Today I chose, Killing Me Softly, by The Fugees, as it is a song I absolutely love singing! Lauren Hill is fantastic!

And for my Eastern final song, I give you… A bhangra song by some more Brummie boys, B21, from the 90’s. They brought a more modern feel to the songs, and again were dance floor fillers! Chandigarh, by B21!

Day 30 – #musicalmarchšŸŽµ

Day 30 of #musicalmarchšŸŽµ!

Well, penultimate day is here! And what better to post than Europe and The Final Countdown!

And another 90’s Bollywood song from Raja Hindustani, Pardesi Pardesi Jaana Nahin. This film got a lot of gossip as it had a proper, lip lock kiss in it, shock horror!

Day 29 – #musicalmarchšŸŽµ

Oops! Sorry I’m a little late today! Scheduled the post to publish for the wrong time!!!!

Day 29 ofĀ #musicalmarchšŸŽµ!

A song whose lyrics mean more as I grow older. I haven’t experienced the loss of love as such, but the work a woman does, and sometimes not feeling appreciated… Karyn White and Superwoman.

And a track from another Brummie-based Bhangra singer today. Malkit Singh and Gur Nalo Ishq Mitha. It was a wedding favourite again in the 80’s and still gets people dancing!

Day 28 – #musicalmarchšŸŽµ

Day 28 ofĀ #musicalmarchšŸŽµ!

Another slightly cheesy song which still makes me smile today! Shanice and I Love Your Smile! Listening to it again now has brought a smile straight to my face!

And a really popular Bollywood song from the Super Hit film Hum Aap Ke Hai Kaun. Didi Tera Dewar Diwana. It became an iconic song!

Day 27 – #musicalmarchšŸŽµ

Day 27 ofĀ #musicalmarchšŸŽµ!

A more modern song that I find myself singing a lot! Lil Princess and I enjoy singing along to this in the car! Sia and Cheap Thrills!

And for my Eastern influence, I bring you Apache Indian! He is a Brummie Sikh guy who decided to mix his heritage with his love for Ragga music! Enjoyed his offerings in the 90’s! Movie Over India! I knew all the lyrics!
