Thursday Photo Prompt – Stepping Stones – #writephoto

Sue’s amazing Photo prompt this week.

stepping stones ilkley

In this photo, I saw two very different halves of the same picture, and it reminded me of the fact that life is a series of opposites, and those opposites often complement each other, like Yin and Yang!

One step at a time
Drawing closer to safety
Keep your mind focussed
On one side you feel danger
On the other calmness reigns

Yet both are required
To retain life’s harmony
Yin and Yang completes

I didn’t respond to this photo challenge, but I saw exactly what you saw, the contrast of rough and still waters…Life ! ☺
