Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is: “birth/berth.” Use one, use ’em both, but whatever you do, have fun!
So… I am a little too excited as I type this… but I shall chat about a few things…
Berth – When I went to Russia on a school trip… (Yes really Russia! It was amazing!) We took an overnight train from St Petersburg to Moscow. And I had to sleep on the train. I got the lower berth, or bunk, and it was the best nights sleep I have EVER had! Gently rocked to sleep…amazing!
Birth – now this is why I’m a little excited, and why I’m a little tipsy… (Yes I wrote this post last night, scheduled for the morning as I don’t think I’ll be up early!) But today, after a particularly successful first day of my freebie promotion for my book Poetic RITUALS (You didn’t know? It’s FREE until tomorrow! I am so ecstatic right now… (and a little merry!) I hope to see that happen with my novel… as and when it gets finished too!

Birth (take two) – It’s my Birthday tomorrow! And today my Hubby Dearest is whisking me (and the kids) away to a lovely hotel for a treat! We are off tonight, and back tomorrow, after what will, hopefully, a lovely evening!
Right… I’m off to enjoy my glass of wine now!
