Your prompt for JusJoJan January 7th, 2022, is “tempest.” Use the word “tempest” any way you’d like. Enjoy!
The Collins Dictionary tells me…
Tempest can be used as a:
2. COUNTABLE NOUNYou can refer to a situation in which people are very angry or excited as a tempest.
- [literary]I hadn’t foreseen the tempest my request would cause.
- The takeover provoked a tempest of criticism.
So, I can quite honestly say that I hadn’t forseen the tempest my literary news would cause, this week!
Today, I came home to flowers, cards and even balloons!
I am, obviously so excited, and the fact that it has caused so much excitement to others, is just beyond my imagination!
