Daily Prompt – JusJoJan the 13th, 2022 Protocol

It’s been a while since I took part in Linda’s JusJoJan month-long prompts, but, since I vowed to be creative, here goes!

We’re back with the Daily Prompt for January 13th, the 13th prompt for Just Jot it January 2022. This one is brought to us by John Holton. Thanks, John! Please be sure to visit his blog to read his post and say hello. And follow him while you’re there, if you’re not already.

Your prompt for JusJoJan January 13th, 2022, is “protocol.” Use the word “protocol” any way you’d like. Enjoy!

I had such plans for this post… discussing the ever-changing protocols the British Government are announcing regarding that pandemic thing…

However – migraine city, here…

What are the protocols for that?

Against migraine i recommend a long walk in the fresh air. With Sonu by your site, and on the sky a shining light. 🙂 xx Michael

As an occasional migraine sufferer, I feel your pain (not literally). Give me a dark room, some cool air, and 12 hours of little motion.

Protocol for migraines: dark room, painkillers, and rest. Hope you’re feeling better 🙂

I think rest and quiet are the best protocols for a migraine!
