Monkey, I’d have been a monkey…

Seriously questioning my sanity…

It’s the second time this week I have gone to make Lil Princess’s cereal this morning…
And filled my mug, instead of the bowl that was next to it.
And there have only been 2 mornings so far this week…
God help me!

Sh*t on my lap

No, not quite, but it’s a follow on from He Farted!
Lovely little pupil at school…not sure if there is a speech impediment, or just immaturity yet, but still… Conversation as follows…
Teacher: “(Pupil’s name), as its your first day you can take the class bear home!”
Pupil: “Yay! Maybe we can go in my shiny new car!”
Teacher : “Ooh lovely!”
Pupil:” Yes a shiny red Mer’sh’ades!”
Teacher:” Wow can I get a ride?”
Pupil :” Yes.”
Teacher:”Is there space for the bear?”
Pupil:” Yeah, he can ‘sh’*t on my lap…”

Cue, discreet giggles amongst staff in classroom!

He farted!

As some of you will have picked up, I work in school, and with kids, there’s always the chance of a bit of a giggle!
Well why would today be any different?
My class are aged 4-5 and it was first day back after Christmas break.
We had an author  visit, and our turn to see her was at the end of the day, so lots of tired little munchkins.
One in particular, a beautiful, autistic child was whispering to me that he was tired and wanted mummy.
“Not long now, come and sit by me.”
He came, he sat, he looked at me then
crawled on my lap.
Then let a little one go…
I’m ashamed to say I can’t keep a straight face, toilet humour and all that! I giggled, quietly…
He looked up, smiled, and did it again!
I tried so hard to look serious, but he caught me smirking … And did it again!
Three little poots on my lap!
Its a good thing he’s cute!!!!!

Just a tad excited!

Yay!!

OK so we managed to arrange a night out… Sans kids…

That's right!

The loverly and ever so helpful in laws are having the little munchkins for the evening and night to give us some much needed time alone/time out!

Lil bit of shopping, some dinner, maybe a movie!

But you know what, it’s typical… We arrange this then immediately Hubby Dearest wonders whether we should take the kids… Will we spend all the time seeing things the kids would like, discussing them over dinner? Probably…
But I draw the line at watching kids films while they aren’t there!!!

No, we are going to have a great time!

Yeah!
