
Ok, so I had a pretty naughty week at the beginning of this weigh in week…
Out for dinner and drinks with friends…
A rather huge and naughty dessert with the kids…

I had to be extra good the rest of the week!
Then a colleague mentioned a 3 day British Heart Foundation diet. It is said to have been formulated to help overweight patients who need to lose weight for operations. You could apparently lose up to 10 lbs in three days! Now, Definitely didn’t want to lose that much! And I only had two days until my weigh in, so I had a go. I tweaked it a bit as I was not prepared to go hungry!
And… well, my weight stayed the same as last week!
So I am happy because I think, had I not had a go, I would have been heavier, most definitely!
Thing is, with the Bash tomorrow, I have been creating in the kitchen (I’ll post about that tonight!) and I have to sample…

Carrot cake! At least there is vegetable in there!
