Week 5! And back to school!

Can;t do a long one now as school responsibilities beckon, but
Quick update.
I joined Slimming World to boost my weight loss. I am trying it out for 3 months to see how I go.
I was naughty on the weekend, but hey, it was my birthday!
My present was a Fitbit, which is great to help me track my activity!
I have used my exercise bike at least 5 times this week too.
And I stepped on the scales with trepidation today… but I had a
1.5lb loss!
As of next week, I’ll update on a Friday to coincide with my SW weigh in day instead, but Yay!!!!! That is now 6.6lb!!!!
