I pulled out my washing from the dryer yesterday… And noticed a lovely yellow hue on certain items, including 8 kids vests, one white tee-shirt, a pair of Hubby Dearest’s sicks, and four school shirts…

Damn that yellow belt! Lil Man passed his karate grading and is now a yellow belt, and, as with all his belts, I washed it to soften it for tying next week.
The culprit?
Then as I continued the unload process, I located the real problem… Not any one else, but my fault!
I love wearing katengas to bed as it gets warmer, Kenyan kaftans and they are usually tie dyed… Not with color fast dye… And one was in the load…

Oh no! My husband usually is the one in our house that likes to give us all a newly coloured wardrobe! Not as pretty as yellow (my fav colour) though, more of a gungy grey!

Oh what a pain! But you can see it as if you just got a whole new wardrobe! :p It mostly happens with red and you get pink hues..yellow’s not very common! 😉

I always think to myself, that I must check the spam folder, but never get a chance! Today there were 28 and at least 7 were real!!! Crazy thing!!
