I hadn’t updated for a while so thought I’d better…
I have been faithfully rolling my hips in both directions for 10 minutes a day, with my weighted hula hoop! Every day, let me reiterate! No slacking!
But I have also been eating lots of naughty things too… Never good…
But my measurements are relatively static, at 34″ sometimes 33.75″ which is good! Not quite the 32″ the nurse advised, but hey, it takes time!
So I’m off to do my daily stint now. Having a lazy Sunday!

Oh my, I tried a power hoop class 2 weeks ago, my entire Middle has only just stopped being purple. Pain like no other. You are a brave woman!

ever think about taking up belly dancing? I hear it’s a good thing to help lose weight and tighten things up. A little wiggle here. A little wiggle there. A shake, shake, shake there. Hey!!!!! You could do it for your husband! I bet he’d like it. 😉

Well done Ritu. I am finding the same problem as you, I have also kept up the hula hooping 10 mins every day, 5 mins each way but having trouble cutting down on the naughty stuff! 🙂

I bought a hula hoop weeks ago, having been inspired by y’all, but I spend my 10 minutes TRYING to hula hoop. I’ll admit it’s an extra 10 minutes of cardio, but I’m still not hula hooping! lol

Sounds like your doing great. Just stop eating naughty stuff. In fact no just cut down the naughty stuff. A little of what we like is good for us. Keeps us happy. I really need to start back on the multigym and treadmill but i always use the too busy at work excuse😊
