I try and drink 3 litres a day and start with at least 750ml in the morning first thing!

Yes you need the loo lot initially, but you’re flushing your system clear! And your body gets better are holding it too after a while!

    It is also good for weight control! Your body will store what it needs so, if you do not drink much fluids, what you do drink will be stored for future use. Conversely, if you drink lots of fluids regularly, your body has no need to store because it believes that more will be coming soon! 🙂
