Ritu’s Healthy Eating – Week 21 #icandothis

Well now, Christmas week has been and gone…

Did you have a good one??

It’s been a busy week, what with Christmas, then visiting other family. Healthy eating more or less went out of the window! And there was also a little Prosecco consumption on Christmas day too… oops!

Our Christmas table, and my piled high plate!

Other food over the week…

Yes, there were a few pastries, and chocolates consumed! But I managed a few clean meals in between!

And the results of the weigh in today?

Maintained the same weight again!

I am one happy bunny!

Now off to finish a few more posts, and possibly nibble chocolate… because it has to be done!

Until the new year Peeps!

Did I tell you that I love the new layout? It’s brighter and cleaner. I do love it. Thank you for sharing your journey. Sometimes all we can do is maintain. The key is progress not perfection and you are showing us that. Thanks for inspiring.

Well done, Ritu. I never gain weight over Christmas; the more there is to eat the less I can face food…
