#WritePhoto – Waiting

Sue’s #WritePhoto Prompt this week:

It’s that time again
Can you feel the pain?
Don’t know what you gain
Crying like the rain
Still wrapped in your chains
Yet I can’t refrain
It all starts to drain
Thoughts inside my brain
And you’ve left a stain
But I’m still

This was actually a poem I wrote a couple of years back… I hope you enjoyed it.

Awesome. Even though it’s old, it seems to have been tailor-made for this prompt.

Lovely Ritu, lots to think about. Waiting is such a good concept to write about. We are all experts as we do so much of it.

      Thank you so much Robbie!
This was actually an older poem of mine that I thought would fit, as I was so tired tonight, and I like to respond to challenges on certain days!
