I need sleep!
Yesterday evening started with me having to lecture the kids about attitude and telling tales.
Then I had to cope with the tears and guilt in my heart after I said good night.
We hadn’t eaten so I was cooking at 9.30pm… So dinner wasn’t eaten until 10pm, soooo bad!
After a quick couple of posts, I made lunches for the next day, and at 11pm I was ironing.
Yes. Ironing.
I need to get things organized before the bash so needed to do this!
No time to write another school report…
11.30pm was the time my bed felt my presence so I read a little then finally snuggled down for a decent nights sleep.
Fat chance!
As I drifted off Hubby Dearest woke me. “He’s wet the bed!” Not him, Sonu Singh the cat!
It seems the litter tray hasn’t been cleaned yesterday, (bad mummy and daddy!),he fell asleep and after holding it in for so long, wet himself, in my bed, in his sleep!
Though I was sympathetic, I was not happy.
Cue stripping of bedding and linen, washing machine on, finding more bedding…
In was past 1am before I finally slept, and had a fitful nights sleep.
My alarm reliably woke me at 6am… I love the snooze button!
Tonight I have cleaning to do, and a little beautifying for tomorrow…
I NEED an early night.
Will it happen?
I need energy for all that talking I’ll be doing tomorrow!!!!
