Well, guess who had the honour of choosing this month’s prompt photo?
Me, that’s who! And I took it myself, as well!
Remember, it’s syllabic poetry that Colleen wants from us!
So, here’s the photo.
Two senryu for you you, 5/7/5, 3/5/3 and 2/3/2

It’s Tuesday, and that means Colleen’s Tanka Challenge! Of course, just providing a couple of words would be far too simple, so we have two words, yes, but we can’t use them! Only synonyms allowed!

Colleen’s Weekly Syllabic poetry Challenge!
It’s the first of the month and you know what that means! Poets, choose your own syllabic poetry form, theme, words, images, etc. It’s up to you!
I am going to attempt a Gogyohka today. This is a five line poem, with no syllabic count, so to speak, but each of the lines must be a phrase able to be said in a breath. The theme is unrestricted.
The nerves are flowing Butterflies fluttering Dreams fulfilled within a few days Will it be a success? Only time will tell Ritu 2020
