Ritu’s Healthy Eating – Week 45 – #icandothis


Woe is me!

I have been a truly naughty girl this past week!

Although I guess I am allowed to celebrate after my Little ABBA’s Best Overall Blog win! ;P

But I have been eating, for England, and not all of it has been healthy! The scales have been shouting at me every morning, but I am rather scared of what it will say this morning!

Here is a selection of the foods I ate this week…

I didn’t eat dinner last night, but at a whole pack of biscuits and ice cream instead! I was craving sugar… and not the healthy kind…

And the painful result of this week….?

I put on 2lb!!!

I WILL get myself under control again, you wait and see Peeps!

Until next Friday then,w here I hope to have something better to report!!!

    There’s always next week…that’s my motto. Start fresh on Monday. I try to pick up healthy stuff to have in for the next week. It helps. A bit. Except for when the chocolate craving kicks in and then I’m in trouble ha!

    It’s only a temporary setback Ritu. What goes on quick comes off quick. You’re within your target parameter though, so enjoy your celebrations! You deserve it.

    It’s good to get the odd reminder why we’re trying to lose weight in the first place – enjoying food too much. Let the DOWNS beat the UPS is the main thing…

    You deserve to celebrate your win but I don’t think you’ve done anything bad.I seem to recall someone proving to me recently that chocolate is a fruit because the cocoa is picked from a bush and eating fruit is OK so where’s the problem?

    I had one of those chocolate twists and it was amazing!! I would have eaten the whole box if I had made them! I’ve also had a bad week and had lots of sugar hits. I’ve just hit my first stone off so have let things slide a bit this week but that’s life. Back onto it next week for the start of the second stone off hopefully 😊😊

    You have had every reason to celebrate this week … your win was an amazing and deserved achievement and if we can’t hop off the wagon and give ourselves a few treats when we do something really brilliant then quite honestly life turns into a dull drudge. 2lb is a snip … you’ll be back losing again in no time and you will have the memory of all those delicious naughties to look back on!
