Spidey’s Serene Sunday – Part 214 – Chill

“Don’t take things too seriously, and just chill.” – Kailash Kher

Thanks Spidey!

I think this is something I really need to do at the moment.

I spend so long getting myself all caught up in the things I think I have to do, and forget to have that down time for me, or with the family.

So this is what this Sunday will be based upon, time with my children and Husband… and my book!

So… tell me, how do you chill?

Have a peaceful Sunday Peeps  And enjoy your week! ❤

I try to read when I can. On the nights my hubby cooks I try to take that half an hour or so for myself.

Speaks to me, too… very much! That’s why I am spending more time with the people who are meaningful to me… but after that, I am stressing myself out to get everything else done… lol!

We cannot so caught that we lose sight of what’s important. I listen to music and also try and find ways to relax my mind and spirit. Have a great Sunday Sister 🙏🏽💜

The sun is shining (although a little bit chilly with it still) but we – Mrs Bryntin, my dog and I – are heading out to the beach now. Lunch at a cafe, hopefully in the sun after our exercise and beach clean, then home to read or write – or more likely, snooze.

That is how I spend every Sunday, Ritu. Life is too short to do things you don’t like doing. Terence and I have an agreement, he will be the rich one and I will be the famous one [there are very few rich writers – grin]
