Ritu’s Healthy Eating – Week 51 – #icandothis

First week of the holidays!

Been a busy one, and I am still a little tired!

We’ve been to a wedding, I’ve been back to school, we’ve had a birthday, I’ve tidied and tried to keep the kids occupied! I’ve slept, and not slept, I’ve eaten well, and not so well, but I won’t beat myself up about that!

So… how did I do with the weigh in???

Stayed the same! Phew!!!!!!!

Have a happy and healthy week Peeps!

Everything looks great! Yeah it’s very difficult to eat healthy especially with so many festivities. I’m back to attempting to log all of the food I eat! Kind of falling behind now.

I think it is sitting, writing, friendship and socialising that makes us fat! I have a plan.
Throw out all favorite eats and your chairs, mount computer on high windowsill, leave all friends a text to say you don’t need them in your life for the next six weeks then stand back! Wait for it….. drum rolling No one will invite you because they are cross with you, you can’t sit down so you pace the floor between bouts of social media, blogging and finishing your WIP. You don’t frequent cafe`s or restaurants because you will look like Billy no mates you eat raw carrots from the garden because there is nothing in the house, you begin having hallucinations . Outcome.
You loose weight, write wonderful fantasy novel while under influence of starvation hallucinations. Your friends are clamouring to be friendly because you are a newly signed author and you sell your weight loss plan to ten countries and Speilberg wants your story for his latest film… sigh You now live in a Huff house on a beautiful Island and your husband gives up work to manage you and be your body gaurd. You are the coolest parent at the childrens school and all is wonderful! Mean while you did brilliantly Ritu staying the same under the pain of celebration season with wonderful tempting foods. wink wink
