Hood pulled down low, she walked past me.
What was she hiding?
A gust of wind threatened to whip the hood back and she grabbed it, biting the side of it between her teeth to secure it.
But not before I caught a glimpse of the bruising…

Sacha’s #writespiration prompt this week…
I didn’t go all kinky like my blog sis Judy with this prompt, but the first thing that came to mind for me was sexuality and transgender issues…
Looking in the mirror he smiled a coy smile.
He smoothed his hands down his body, stopping briefly at the waist, before allowing them to undulate over his hips.
Not long now.
He glanced at the fake flowing locks and tossed his hair back seductively.

Today I am combining two of my weekly prompts, as they came up on the same day!
Writespiration by Sacha Black where the prompt word is Choke. The challenge is that we only have 52 words, no more no less, with which to spin a fictional web!
And
Sue Vincent’s #writephoto, where we have the following photo to use as we wish.
So here is my little tale…
A bridge over troubled water.
Or over hardly any water.
A stench so foul from the rotting debris, strewn into the water, pungent enough to make the hardiest human choke.
But not me. This place was perfect.
It smelled glorious to me, the new troll on the block, or under the bridge!

She’s a hard taskmaster, that Sacha Black! Her prompt this week for her 52-word #writespiration challenge is to include 4 specific words in our writing. And what a selection she chose!
Time, stack, pigeon and juice!
I mean, seriously Sacha!!! Still, I did it!!
Oh well, here goes… Sorry of it makes no sense, but this is what you get when silly words are thrown at you, lol!!
Splat!
I look up and see a pigeon almost smugly, smile down at me.
No time for changing.
A stack of work waits on my desk alongside a presentation, promotion resting on the outcome.
No, I need to change. Just call to say I’ll be late.Jeez! Phone out of juice too!
