Spidey’s Serene Sunday – Part 148

img_00411

A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.  ~Irish Proverb

I write this with a streaming nose and a hope that I shall be better before I go back to school tomorrow!

Thanks Spidey for making me realise I need to have a good rest, as well as the laughs that are always coming my way via my family, pupils and friends!

It is true though. Laughter is the best medicine, they say, and I agree. A giggle makes the worst situation seem manageable.

And if all else fails – sleep, and things seem better when you wake up!

I’m back off to bed now!!!!

Enjoy your Sunday Peeps!!!!!

Hope you’re feeling a bit better today, Ritu. Hopefully you haven’t got long to go before you break up for the Christmas holidays – there’s a light at the end of the tunnel!! 🙂

Shame, Ritu, you do seem to get sick often. I found that I also did when I ran the Sunday School for 8 years. I hope you are feeling better today.

Laughter isn’t always the best medicine, either. When I was poorly last year my sister made me laugh and I had a coughing fit. Very painful.

    Hope you feel better soon.
