Princess Diana was a woman to aspire to be like. She had the world’s eyes on her, yet she didn’t quietly go about life, acting in a certain, expected way.
She had compassion and an empathy for the unfortunate.
You could see the initial fight she was struggling with, which her heart eventually won, showing her kindness to many causes, and being truly involved in many charitable ventures. Her head obviously was telling her to be sympathetic, yet distanced, after all, that was what the expectation from the Royal family.
I like to think that I lead from the heart too. I’m no Princess Di, but there are many times my head is telling me to go in one direction, but my heart is pulling me in the other.
Often, in life, the done thing is not actually the right thing. But because it has been done for so long in a particular fashion, no one questions it.
Maybe it’s time for us to all think of something we know we do that isn’t what we really want to be doing, and listen to our hearts instead….

I agree Sis, my heart always leads me. I can tell yours does too. The sad thing about Diana was she had so many issues which she made worse for herself. She may have helped herself a little had she listened to her head a little. I have made the same mistake spilling out too much of my grief, joy or angst. Heart is wonderful but heart and head balance is best. ..oops rambling again sorry. Have a lovely day.💜💜💜
