So, it’s Sunday afternoon, relax, enjoy the garden….
Nope, not me!
Hubby is gardening in earnest and due to hay fever, I try n stay away! But I did weed the driveway with Lil Princess!
Needed a bit of bribing though!
You see, she has become a little too interested in these YouTube make up tutorials, and recently has been asking whether she could do my makeup…
I am a bit of a lazy make up person, don’t use it regularly, but I have plenty. And she always eyes it up with the biggest eyes!!
So I was like, “Er, OK, but onkybufvyou help me with the weeding first!”
And damn, she said yes!
So…

It just scared me (more!) when Lil Man piped up that he wanted to do my makeup too!!! Er… Maybe another day son… ! 😮

The very sweet Harmonie of Bottled Memos decided to see fit to award me with the Liebster award… And you know me, I hate to disappoint!
However, its a lengthy one, and I did accept it yesterday, and am exhausted of facts about me!!

1. If you could travel anywhere tomorrow, where would it be?
To a quiet place where I’m not disturbed!!

2. Who’s been a positive role model in your life?
I mentioned my parents yesterday, and the other big role model for me us my best friend, who has been there for me always, and who i look up to lots!

3. What do you like about your hometown?
I’ll talk about my home town after marriage today… It’s small, you know lots of people, and we’re close to great shopping, and London!

4. What is the best meal you can prepare?
I can make a mean chicken kebab!

5. What’s your favorite chore to do at home?
Its still ironing!

6. What’s your favorite book?
I can’t single one out!!!

7. What’s the very first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
Double check the numbers!

8. What’s your favorite fruit or vegetable?
Mango, and sweet corn!

9. How many times have you fallen in love?
Once! 😍

I loved to plat with m cabbage patch kids!

My qestions for you:

What was the most happy experience ever? Oh my there are so many, it is hard to choose just one! My wedding day, finding out we were pregnant after so many years of trying, the birth of our children, my brother’s wedding, becoming an aunty… I can’t choose!!!
What was the most beautiful gift you have ever gotten? That middle of the night moment, when I was handed the biggest gift, our baby boy, a true gift from heaven, when we thought we would never be parents… and equally, the moment I was able to hold my baby girl… a true princess, and precious in every way.
What was the most beautiful gift you have ever given? Oh my, this is all about family for me! The most beautiful gift I could ever have given would be my children, to my husband! My son was a great gift, born on my mother’s birthday, and my daughter was equally a fantastic present, born on my father in law’s birthday!
