Answering some comments today, it occurred to me that I didn’t know the name of some bloggers, other than their blog name.

Now, I know that some don’t want to give a real name, that’s fine, so they may have an online identity like Shadow or Faerie… I can cope with addressing you that way, as I like to personalise my comments, and if I know a name, I can build a relationship a little easier.

But when the only name I have is the blog name, no real writer name, like Squidgy Cushions, or Hard Life… I never know how to address you… Squidgy? …Cush?… Mr Life? (If you are male or female, who knows?!)

I do go into About Me pages, and even scour previous comments on your blogs, to see if anyone is addressing you in a particular way, so I may get that ‘personal’ touch, but many times, there is nothing. Nada.

So, if you would like to, I invite you to write in the comments, the name you would like to be known by, false or true, unless of course I already know it, or its obvious from your Gravatar and Blog!

And I don’t promise to remember them all straight away, but I will try my hardest!

And maybe other Peeps of mine will meet some new friends, and learn some new names too!

p.s. all names, blog and blogger-wise in this post are fictional… I think!

Thank you so much to the Blog Southern By Design for nominating me for the Leibster Award! I have accepted this a few times in the past so I am reblogging, but thought I could answer the questions provided!

What is your favorite subject to blog about? Whatever inspires me!
Where is your favorite vacation spot? A beach.. a sandy beach…in hot weather, anywhere!
Do you enjoy the outdoors? If so what is your favorite thing to do. I’m not a big outdoorsy person, but when I am out, I love to walk.
Favorite food? I’m a woman, need to ask? Chocolate!
Do you prefer mornings or evening? I am a morning person, up early, fresh so I can do lots, but I also love the late evenings once the kids are in bed, so I get more me time!
If you could be anyone famous who would it be? Why? No one famous, I’m happy being me!
Best day ever. Too many to choose just one! Getting marrined, becoming a mother x 2, publishing my first book, becoming an aunty…
Favorite color. – easy one! Purple!
One thing you could not live without? my family
If you were on a desert island would you rather have your favorite book or pen and paper? pen and paper, so I could create!
Text or talk on the phone? depends on to whom! Sometimes talking is easier and more ‘straight away’ but there are other times when you don’t want a conversation so a text will do!
