“I CAN is 100 times more important than IQ.” – Unknown
Seeing as it’s Spidey’s 100th appearance on the blog, he tried to find something 100 based.
And the above quote is perfect, as it really ties on with my post from Friday about growth mindset. (If you didn’t get a chance to read it, please click here.)
Positive thinking achieves so much more than we realise. You don’t have to be traditionally ‘clever’ to reach heights of success.
If we put our minds to it we can achieve anything.
Believe in yourself, and surround yourself with people who believe in you too!
Happy Sunday Peeps!!!

Day 14 of Linda’s #JusJoJan Challenge, combined with her regular Saturday prompt for Stream Of Consciousness Saturday.
Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday and Just Jot It January is: A word that starts with “P.” Find a word that begins with the letter “p,” and make it the theme of your post. Bonus points for starting and ending your post with a “p” word. Enjoy!
Poop!
That is what first came in to my mind when I read the prompt… really!
I deal with plenty of that sh*t (excuse the pun!) every day at work, what with nappies, which thankfully are much less now, to those little loves who can’t quite wipe their own bums yet, to the even less pleasant, ahem, explosions, that can come if they are suffering from the beginnings of upset tummies and bugs! Pleasant, yes, I know!
But poop… there is another reason I like that word. One of my Slovakian Roma children has very limited English, and he does try to communicate, but what with a father who, despite his best efforts, gets phrases wrong (like spank you, instead of thank you! I kid you not!) and a mother who doesn’t a speaka da lingo at all, he hasn’t really got the best role model at home! He is a polite child generally and will ask us if he needs assistance. Usually, we would hear a little “Excuse me please” from others, but no. From him, we get “Poopy peas!” So cute! And funny!
Talking of poop, we also have a rather windy child there too. When he toots, oh don’t we know it! And those days, the whiff is just constant! And he is more than happy to admit it! I will usually smell something, then ask him ” Did you just pop again?” and he looks at me, smiles then nods!
But he’s not the only one… I have to admit that recently, due to this extremely healthy diet of mine, I’ve been known to let out the odd silent but violent parp!
